Form GST AMT10-notice under section 61 urgent

28 March 2023 I have received a notice u/s 61 and intimated through mail. But while logging the portal no record found is shown when i try to download the notice.
what to do? and how to reply the notice? Whether reply can be given online or there is a need to visit the office?

29 March 2023 If you have received only a system generated intimation of notice uploaded on the portal, and if you are unable to find the same on portal, then it may be a technical glitch. For this you may contact your jurisdictional officer. In case your jurisdictional officer asks you to lodge a grievance in this regard, you may do the same and also request them to provide you a copy of ASMT-10 on email. In that case you may reply the ASMT-10 through email accordingly till the time the system glitch if any is resolved.
Alternatively mentioning the problem you may ask them to allow you additional time to reply till technical glitch is resolved.

30 March 2023 Ok...after 2 days it made available on portal. Now my query is the notice mentioned mismatch of ITC with 2B of Rs.32 Lakhs and this comprises of GST input of Custom Duty. So i am thinking to make a reconcilation of 2B with 3B and provide bill of entry related to difference arising on part of custom duty input.
