Dear Friends,
Has the Govt. declared any form for the non deduction of the TDS on the payment made to the Transports u/s 194C?
If not, then in such a case what should I do to make payments to the Transports who are having the PAN No.

Tell them to mention PAN in their Invoice, get it printed or by Rubber stamp.
