Please clarify which form has been notified by the department of the transporter whose T.D.S has not been deducted from 01.10.2009 onwards.

As per Budget Amendment , No tds will be deduct on transporter if they providing PAN no.
Till date no form is prescribed for filing of details of these transporter on which TDS is not deducted due to providing PAN.
