Hello friends!!!
I wanted to know that which companies are required to file FORM-ADT-1 for appointment of Auditor????
Eg:- A private limited company having paid up share capital of Rs.1,00,000/- is required to file Form-ADT-1??

Yes. Pvt Ltd co with one lakh paid up capital is also required to file form ADT-1 electronically.
