dear all,
is it necessary to file form 66 while filing returns from 2002 for a pvt ltd co. if yes where can i get the compliance certificate under rule 3(2).

Compliance certificate is issued by practicing company secretary. Belated filing is possible with additional fee provided the status of the company is 'active'.
