FORM 38 ROAD PERMIT IS VAILED UP TO ?

FORM 38 IS USED FOR GOODS TRANSPORT ONE STATE TO ANOTHER STATE. IS FORM 38 VAILED FOR A PARTICULAR TIME OR PARTICULAR ASSEMENT YEAR AS PER SALES TAX ACT?

18 August 2011 It is valid for the transportation from one destination to the other only. Once the goods have reached the destination the Road permit looses it's validity. On one road permit stamping is done by various check posts.

As regards the other pages which has been received by you in the form of a book there is no validity period as you have to put the date with number of the the truck etc yourself.
