Form 32 in case of change of name

27 January 2010 Am i supposed to file form no 32 once again in case the name of the company is changed?
I had filed form no 32 for the same set of directors which are there in the company with new name.For the same year.

27 January 2010 No need to file form-32 again after change in name of the company.

Form-32 is required only if there is some change in the directorship.
