Please let me know the compulsory attachments to be made in form 32. Also please give the format of all compulsory attachments of declarations to be attached.We have got the name alloted, and we have prepared the Articles and memorandum.

Particulars of the company:-
Private limited company(New Company)
Number of Directors - 4
Authorized capital - 10 lakhs
Subscribed capital - 2 lakhs
Proposed managing director is director in another company
