IF I file form 32 there are some errors like There is/ are pending Form(s) 32 in respect of the company..Please help. Thanks.

Hi
If you are filing Form-32 for resignation of director and if you have not filed Form-32 of same person at the time of appointment , then this problem will generate.
In any other case, i will suggest you to concern the ROC for the same.
