19 June 2013 Can all the directors of Pvt Ltd Company can be Non-Executive Directors?

or

Atleast One chairman or Managing Directors needs to be appointed while forming a Company?

There is no specific provision under the Companies Act, that all directors can not be a non executive director at the time of incorporation.

But yes, a person can not be Managing director at the time of forming of the company, they can only be director of the proposed company.

1. Is consent letter compulsory for all directors during incorporation?

2. how much is MOA filing fees for 1lakh share capital in Maharashtra for filing Form 1?

19 June 2013 For private limited companies 'consent letter' from director's is not mandatory, hence no need to attach with e-form 32.
