is SRN no of filing form23b by the auditor required to file annual return

TO file annual return (e-form 20B), SRN of e-form 23B is not required.
However, SRN of e-form 23B is required to file Balance sheet( e-form 23AC) since it has to be filled in clause 10 (1)(e)of the said form.

Not compulsory.
At the place of signature write 'sd/-'
At the bottom of the paper write 'true copy', then Managing director to sign below that and affix his seal there on.
In other words certified true copy will suffice.
