Sir,
While filling Form 23B for the period 2009-2010 we have uploaded the Form 23 B with accounting period as 2010-2011 but however we have uploaded the revised 23B in the same date for 2009-2010. Now we want to upload 23B for 2010-2011, so kindly suggest whether we need to rectify the old mistake before filing the return for the year 2010-2011.

Dear Mr. Abhijeet
The Form 23B filing is the responsibility of auditor on acceptance of letter of appointment as auditor.
Please check whether earlier Form-23B attached a corrected letter of acceptance of as auditor. Otherwise you can file Form 23B with ROC with correct attachment.
Thereafter you will file a new Form 23B for the appointment of Auditor for the financial year 2010-11 within 30 days from the acceptance of letter of appointment.
