Company incorporated on 06/02/2012. I wrongly filed Form 23B stating the financial year as 2012-2013.
How can i rectify Form 23B.
Please let me know the procedure.

I do one thing file another e-Form - 23B and also attached a letter with this stating I have filled e-Form - 23B vide so n so SRN on so n so date,,, But, there is a so n so mistake so pls. cancel the same n confirm dis e-Form - 23B.
.
I dnt know exactly , but i think you can do so,, there will b no issue in future.

I also faced the same problem in past n have followed the same what i said you above,for e-Form - 2,, n it get updated as i request in new e-Form - 2 so,

No, no re-submission as there is no any query raised from roc,, do filling as we do in fresh e-Form - 23B, jus attach a letter in optional attachment as i said ,,,
