Dear Experts One of the Director of our company has filed e-FORM 2 with arrangement with CS, of allotment of shares IN HIS OWN NAME, without allotment money being paid and resolution to that effect is being passed. Now How can we rectify it? WHO IS PENALISED FOR THAT?

CS seems to be found guilty here. See if something can happen by internal arragement with Board otherwise CS along with Directors have committed breach which is punishable offence.
