Dear Sir,
While filing Form 2 for ESOP allocation,
whether the shares should be considered as "shares issued for consideration in cash" or "Shares allotted for consideration otherwise than in cash"
The shares are issued at less than FMV.

It will be treated share issued for consideration and the price will be consider Form-2 is the price at which shareholders approval is taken. the same price will be shown in Form-2.
