04 May 2012 CAN PAID UP SHARE CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY BE UPDATED IN THE MASTER DATA WITHOUT FILING FORM 2?

You can only update paid up capital of master data on the basis of Form-2 filed with ROC. Because on the basis of Document filed with ROC the master data will automatically updated.

07 May 2012 thank you for the reply sir, but can it get update on the basis of filing balance sheet..?? because my co. did not file form 2(it is not available on mca site) but the paid up share capital is increased in the master data... how is it possible? do i now need to file form 2 on back date?

Basically they will update paid up capital of the concern company on the basis of Form-2 filed with ROC and Authorised capital on the basis of Form-5.

If you wanted to do the same on the basis of balance sheet then you can try, they will ask you, how i update ur capital without receiving return of allotment from company under section 75 of the company. Then, be prepared to give answer of their query.

Yes, you can file form-2 from back date with additional amount payment.
