Sir,
The final marksheets have not yet come. Can I send Form 2 with the marksheet downloaded from internet? In the I card form Membership No. is asked. How do i fill that? Is the amount for CABF compulsory?

Yes you can send internet downloaded marksheet along with form 2, subject to that should be attested by a CA. Dont fill the membership no, the institute will fill the same, leave it blank.
