31 March 2014 Dear Sir/ Madam,
Applied form 1A for approval of new company name.
Proposed name: Moneycraft Capital Pvt Ltd,
Object of business is shares broking & later on business of Loans & Insurance also.

Form was not processed & remark given by ROC is as under:
"The proposed name appears to be NBFC. Form should be resubmitted by 30/04/2014 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record. (Please refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956)"
What is to do further please suggest.

31 March 2014 Form 1A is for the approval of company's name and if the ROC considers it to be inappropriate then it gives company an opportunity to change it. Same is your case. Reapply within the said time with new name.

31 March 2014 Only by changing the name of proposed company, ROC can accept the Form or I will have to remove the "loan" word from main object clause.

31 March 2014 If proposed company is going to deal in business of loans and advances then same has to be disclosed. You have to change name so that anyone dealing with the company should come to know the nature of business by its name itself. That is the main reason why ROC has rejected the application.
