Hello Experts......
I have wrongly filed form 1A with 2 promoters instead of 4 promoters and the Company name is approved by ROC. now how could i rectify it?
Should i file form 1A again or if i will file form 32 with directors, it will be ok?

No, issue,
You can add additional promoters after approval of Form-1A, by taking NOC from from such two existing promoters that they have no objection on additional 2 promoters. Such NOC will be attached with Form-1 to be filed with ROC.
