While Downloading Form 16 B. I am unable to create New login? It Shows Invalid Data?

kindly check what mistake you are making:
common mistakes:
1. you need to enter the full name (only surname is not sufficient
2. challan amount is to be entered in two decimal form like Rs 10000.00
