form 16 shown more salary wrongly

sir my form 16 show the salary wrongly more than 14000 .So in itr which amount of salary is fill form16 or correct salary? and company does not rectify the mistake in form 16 then whether i will shown correct salary in itr .and whether income tax send me notice?

Show the correct details and ask your employer to provide you correct form 16 by revising the TDS return.
