I have been working in a Company where my salary was being paid after deducting my PF amount only. No TDS was being deducted.
I am now asking the Company to issue me my Form 16 so that i can file my Income Tax Returns. The Company is not issuing me any Form 16 by saying that no TDS is being deducted and so no need of Form 16.
My question now is whether i can file my Income Tax Returns without my Form 16?

yes. you can file the Income tax return, without form 16also. you need to have your salary details, that is enough
