form 16 for filing

09 July 2010 Dear Sir,

i am a salaried employee, my net salary (After all Deductions) is less thank 1.60L, i want to file my income tax returns.
It is Mandatory to submit form 16 along with the returns.

Please guide me.

09 July 2010 Form 16 is issued only in case, TDS has been dedcuted by the employer on your salary. Since your income is not taxble, no TDS has been deducted (assumed), so there is no requirement of Form 16.
