how can i get my form 16 duplicate in which i have already submitted my income tax return during the current year. i am a pan card holder. it is required for a bank home loan purpose.

ask your employer for duplicate copy of form 16
for your information, incometax returns are filed without any annexure or form 16. department detatch such documents if atached and returns back to the person who is filing the return.
