How to know whether I am required to submit form 15g to the bank?
rs.10000 interest earned to be checked wrt to which year?
What will be a.y. for which it has to be submitted?

it is your wish if you wish to submit form 15g or not. it is not compulsory. form submitted in April 2014 shall cover FY 2014-15 (AY 2015-16)
