Kindly plz tell me that form 15G /15H are to be filled in income tax department also whose TDS are not required to deduct.As in bank these forms are submitted .are these forms also submitted in income tax department for non deduction of TDS.WHAT is the last date for submission of these form kindly do rly as soon.

only it is to be submitted to the deductor of tax eg banks and not to income tax dept but u must preserve a copy for the same.

It is submitted to the Deductor who is going to deduct tax(TDS) on ur income, and not to the IT Dept.

please note the deductor needs to submit the copy of the Forms received to the tax department..

only the dedcutor is responsible for the same and not the deductee as deductees responsibility ends as and when he submits a valid form 15G/H to deductor within time duly signed by him.

F15G/15H is facility to small income earner.Generally who not have income more than threshold limit.Such poor person can submit 15G/15H to Bank.Bank/Financial institution must forward these declarations to the concern Income tax authority.ITD may ask sources of funds or income treatment in Higher interest.
