14 November 2013 How to file Form 15CA for a remittance which is not chargeable to tax under new format of Form 15CA effective from ist of October??

15 November 2013 if the said remittance form part of the Specified list, then no Form 15CA.

However, if the transaction doesn't find mention in the specified list, you shall fill the form 15CA or 15CA and 15CB both depending on the quantum of the transaction.
