Dear Sir/Madam,
I know as per rule whose Gross Salary beyond 150000 before permissible deductions, Form 12 BA is to be issued along with Form 16.Is it for everybody beyond 150000 or for those who have value of perks as per Form 16.Please answer.

It need to be issued all along with form 16, because in form 16 we have provision in gross salary form 12 BA provision
