I have already submitted Form No. 108(i.e. Form of Completion of Article ship). But One mistake is stayed in Form. What can I take action in Form 108.
Please suggest me as soon as possible....

you may contact with the institute and make an application and supporting regarding with mistake and if it is major mistake then u may send new 108 form by making old 108 refrence
