Form 102 and 103

11 May 2016 During the transfer of articles, do I need to submit Form 102 and 103 when I join some other firm and do I need to frank any of the two?

12 May 2016 form 102 is for deed of articles: new form is to be filled + duly stamped (Not to be sent to ICAI)
form 103 is for particulars of articled and principal: new form to be filled (No stamp required) send it to ICAI
what is next difficulty now?

12 May 2016 That is what I wanted to ask..whether I need to frank any..do you meant franking when you said duly stamped?

13 May 2016 Yes. Stam duty may be paid in different ways as per the suitability of the payer. 01. Using general stamp paper or 02. Affixing adhisive stamps 03. Franking Choice is yours
