i wish to send 50 lacs to my daughter in USA on H1B visa from her account. she is an income tax payee in india
plz clarify income tax issues/compliance on this matter
there are no income tax issues pending, all taxes have been paid thus far.

No income tax/FEMA issue in this transfer provided the said money is out of tax paid INCOME.
