19 February 2018 Dear Sir,
please clarify if i have received fund from outside against services or commission. GST applicable to us or not,
Note: delivery of services in India not outside only remittance received from outside, we are eligible for LUT Bond or any other GST Exeption.

20 February 2018 not covered Section 13, only we are providing service indenting & trading on behalf of foreign parties, we are only mediates, services delivered by us in local (India) Invoice raised to foreign parties,

20 February 2018 As per my understanding, the goods are sold in India only, so the place of supply India and GST is applicable.

01 March 2018 please suggest us about Intermediary services?
if a Chartered Accountant Doing Consultancy Services In India for Foreign party then gst applicable to Monthly Fee or not.
