What all forms need to be submitted by a foreign company ROC annually and till what date?
I have searched a form for annual filing under section 159. But what about the balance sheet and profit and loss a/c?

Foreign Company need not to file any forms with ROC. Annual filing is to be done with RBI in Form APR
