Foreign assets reporting in income tax return

28 July 2016 An indiviual paid application money towards purchase of
shares of foreign Company. Foreign remittance was
effected in Jan'16.

Same was held as application money as on 31/03/2016.

Please advise where to show it on 31/03/2016 regarding
Foreign Assets Clause.
