I am summited IT returned AY -14-15. But i am not summited our returned AY 13-14.What am i returned summited AY 13-14 at present.

you can submit the return for AY 2013-14 till 31 March 2015.
If there is any unpaid tax liability, then compute the interest penalty under 234A, 234B, and 234C.
other penalties such as penalty for not filing the return in time (ie 31 March 2014) can be levied at AO's discretion.
