01 January 2014 SIR,IF A PEARSON COME TO CA FOR FILLING PAST 3 ROI,THAN CA CAN FILE ALL 3 RETURNS . MEANS I HAVE THIS PROBLEM CAN CA FILE OF ASSESSEE ALL BELOW THREE RETUN IMMEDIATLY.
ONE FOR CURRENT YEAR.
SECOND FOR PREVIOUS YEAR.
THIRD FOR PREVIOUS TO PREVIOUS YEAR.

01 January 2014 as such you can only for last 2 years. for filing for the year before that section 139 is not useful. yous shall require a notice from the ITO under 142(1) or under 148.
