Respected Sir,
We had the dealer licence in excise. We sold Finished goods to our supplier through tax invoice and add the excise duty in rate which was paid to manufacturer. But they ask show the excise duty in invoice .it is possible to show the excise duty in dealer tax invoice

Yes, you can show the duty amount separate in the invoice.
