sir, I passed cpt in2011 but I lost my cpt marks card so I need that one so please suggest me what is the procedure to get marks card

on a plain paper u mention ur registration number and details of exam u have passed cpt and reason for loosing such certificate and then retain a copy of that letter and submit to icai regional chapter near u they will issue u a duplicate sertificate
