05 September 2016 whether deduction for under section 80 DD , 80DDB & 80 U certificate as well as expenditure incurred proof shall be produced to claim deduction. deduction, please reply this question.

05 September 2016 now a days, while filing returns, no attachement as such is required...but the same should be kept ready with you before filing.....it may be required if the query is sought by the department.

05 September 2016 see, basically try to understand that if you are asking it for TDS from salary.......you dont have to consider many sections in chapter VI A except 80C for the purpose of TDS.... Let the salary earner file his/her return and claim the refund if any.

05 September 2016 For section 80DD & 80U you just have to submit the certificate only but in case of 80DDB you have to submit expenditure proof also to your employer in order to avail deduction of that amount.
In case you failed to submit the certificate and expenditure proof to your employer then you can claim the deduction at the time of filing return
