25 October 2010 When shall a first directopr retire?can he enter in the 255/256 cycle directly,or will he have to take 257 route?

25 October 2010 You hv to take 257 route for sure before adding them to the rotational retirement system.

You may regularise first directors at any EGM or in the first AGM of the company.
