11 September 2014 Is there any form required to be filled with ROC for appointment of First auditor? As i passed the Board Resolution through First Board Meeting and the appointment of Auditor is approved in that meeting.

11 September 2014 fILE Form GNL-2 within 15 days with following attachment

1. ADT-1
2. Auditor appointment letter
3. Certified copy of board resolution &
4. Consent & eligibility certificate of auditor

11 September 2014 What if our meeting held on 01.05.2013 for FY-2013-14 as our company incorporated on 25.04.2013? Is any Penalty attracted in the said case?

11 September 2014 Thank u Sir,
But can you plz. guide me how to file the forms under CLSS 2014.
As i fill the eform form GNL-2, but at the time of filing the form it demands fees as normal plus 5200 as additional, and not giving any relief of 75% i.e. waive off under CLSS 2014, HOW I GET BACK THE IMMUNITY in respect of form GNL-2.
Kindly suggest.
