The company has incorporated on 01/12/2010. The company has not filed ROC returns for the year ended on 31/03/2011. Now the company has prepared balance sheet for the year ended on 31/03/2012. So what is the date of AGM. Can co prepare the balance sheet from 01/04/2010 to 31/03/2012? if not then provide the year of balance sheet.First board meeting is not held.If now co wants to hold board meeting then what should be financial year.

First of all you check your first board minutes in which your financial year will be decided then then your company's first AGM will be decided.

Hi.
If your company has not held first Board meeting then, hold a first meeting of the Board to decide the financial year.
Generally your first financial year will be from date of incorporation till 31.03.2011 and the AGM should be hold upto 31.12.2011.
The subsequent financial year will start from 01.04.2011 to 31.03.2012 and AGM should be held till 29.09.2012.
