A Practicing CA has joined the Industry by surrendering the COP.
Now after 10 years in Industry he intend to start his own firm. Can he avail the same name which he has originally allotted.
If yes what is the Procedure.

Apply for the availability of name if your old name has not been allotted to any other firm the same can be allotted to you. In the application for availability of name you should mention the facts.
