Financial statements of fy 2010-11

22 August 2014 We are uploading ROC returns for FY 2010-11.
The query is whether Companies Act, 2013 will be applicable on it or not.
Further, are we required for filing MGT-14 & other forms for the same year.

Please guide.

23 August 2014 Filing fee will be applicable as per the Co's Act,2013 subject to the waiver as per CLSS,2014.

23 August 2014 Board meeting for adoption of account will be old date. I do not think you have to file form MGT.14 for previous year filing.

Further, as per MCA General Circular No. 8/2014 dated April 04, 2014, there is no need to follow Annual filing related provisions of Companies Act, 2013 for the annual filing related to financial year 2013-14. However Notice of AGM will be prepared in accordance with section 101 and 102 of the Companies Act, 2013

Hence, for annual filing related to FY 2013-14, old E-forms like 23AC, 23ACA and 20B will be used. These e-forms are still available on ROC site.
