13 August 2011 Capital budgeting is the technique of budgeting the capital expenditure like, new machinery or plant purchase or expansion of assets or modernization of plants and assets. while calculating the budget we can use different techniques like pay pack period, accounting rate of return, Internal rate of return. please buy a good book
