but I can not finalazation balace sheet.I want to learn that how can i finalazation of balance sheet.i want to know all point which is necessary for finalization of balance sheet

BEING AN ACCOUNTANT IS NOT AN EASY TASK , IN MY OPINION YOU SHOULD SEE DIFFERENT TYPE OF COMPANIES ANNUAL REPORT. IT IS HELPFUL TO YOU .

Your question is not clear. Could you pls clarifiy more. I mean you are not able to prepare and tally the balance sheet? or you are not authorise to sign on balance sheet? Pls clarify...
