Final reminder letter icai regarding completion of itt & op

I have already completed my ITT and OP in the year 2013 and have duly submitted the hard copies of the certificates but I have received a letter from ICAI - EIRC recently that my ITT and OP has not been completed/ copy of the certificates has not been submitted. I am confused as I have already submitted the document a year back. Please help as the letter says that I will be debarred from giving the examination. I would also like to know what will be the consequences of not doing GMCS-I as my articleship period will be completed next year only. Please advice.

Send the certificate once again. (Dont tell you dont have the photocopy or SCAN of the same)
And if that be the case, ask for the DUPLICATE certificate and send it across to EIRC.

Thank you. But I also want information reagrding GMCS. Will they extend the time period of articleship if I don't do GMCS in time?

still icai havent come out with any penal provision for non compliance of gmcs in 1 year time limit.

I am in my third year of articleship period. And i am confused as I have been registered under direct entry scheme. I haven't cleared my IPCC yet so is it applicable to all?

all registered after 1.5.2012 for articleship they need to do that and additionally now also undergo advance itt also
