FINAL EXAM DUE DATE

Dear Sir
I m in CA Final New course. I have cleared G-I in PE-II and Unit-8 in IPCE. I have already started my articleship w.e.f 13/09/2010. As per this my final exam due is Nov 2012.
But on 18th of this month i.e 18/02/2011, one announcement came out in ICAI home page about the Relaxation in Final exam from May 2011 and onwards.
WHAT EXACTLY IS THIS???????
Kindly update me will i get any relaxation from this announcement?. I mean, after this announcement can i give my final exam before NOV 2012.
