When do we have to register for C.A final in order to get TAX books applicable for 2015 may exam?

17 December 2013 you can register at any time when ur eligiblefor that and u can collect teh modules later when its updated.

17 December 2013 no u can collect the books for first time later also no need to buy it again as icai allows to collect them late.

they will issue a note to you that u havent collected it and later can do so.
