Filling return u/s 44ad

Sir I m suffering from a problem, that when I fill return of a firm u/s 44ad then computax(software) take it in form 5 but as per act it should be in 4S..
What should I do...?

why dont u download file from the https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/
Also make sure your entity constitution is individual/HUF for being eligible to use ITR 4S.
